Legal assistance provided to a SICA (an agricultural collective interest partnership) in a procedure for the recovery of Campaign Planning Aid deemed incompatible with community law.
The Public Sector law and Competition law teams filed a claim before an Administrative Tribunal for cancellation of an execution lien served by FranceAgriMer which sought to recover this aid.
As a result, FranceAgriMer withdrew its lien and issued a new one for a much lower amount.
